Ms Parveen is the Practice Manager and has years of experience working for the Government and Local Government Departments. She deals with complaints.
Mr Rahman is an accomplished Immigration lawyer with more than 15 years of experience. He is also an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Bangladesh followed by an LL.B. He completed another LL.B from the University of London. Having completed the Bar Vocational Course from the City University he was called as a Barrister from Lincoln’s Inn. He is a Senior Legal Consultant and Senior Caseworker in JKR. He regularly attends the Immigration and Asylum Chamber – First-tier and Upper Tribunal and enjoys a high success rate.
Mr Shahenshah is a level 2 accredited senior caseworker. He holds a Bachelor of Law with Honours from University of Dhaka and a Bachelor of Law from London University. He also obtained a Master of Laws from East London University. He has been called as a Barrister from Lincoln’s Inn. He has been working for many years in the field of immigration and asylum. He has been with JKR Solicitors from the beginning. Apart from seeing and assisting clients who come to the office he also visits detention centres to represent immigration detainees and to hold immigration surgeries. He sits both at London and Birmingham offices.
Sobia is a qualified Solicitor and Immigration and Asylum Accredited Scheme accredited Senior Caseworker and Supervisor in immigration. She sits in our Birmingham Office.
Mr Arefin is an experienced legal practitioner. He obtained an LL.B with Honours from Northumbria University. He then completed both his LPC and BPTC from the University of West of England and was called as a Barrister from Lincoln’s Inn. He is a Civil and Commercial Mediator. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Law at the Kingston University.
Mr Adel normally sits at our Birmingham Office. He completed LL.B with Honours from the University of Dhaka followed by an LL.M from the same University. He qualified as an Advocate in Bangladesh and was later enrolled as an Advocate of the Supreme Court in Bangladesh. He has got knowledge of both English and Bangladeshi Laws. He obtained an LL.M from the University of Essex and the CPE from Thames Valley University. He also completed an MBA from IU Missouri. After completing his Bar Vocational Course he was called as a Barrister from Lincoln’s Inn.
Mr Bepari deals with Immigration and Family Law matters. He obtained his graduation (BA) from the University of Dhaka followed by an MA in English from the same University. He later obtained a BSc Honours from the East London University. He secured a Post Graduate Diploma from the Manchester Metropolitan University and then passed the Legal Practice Course from the University of Law.
Mr Chowdhury obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Chittagong, Bangladesh followed by a Master of Arts in Philosophy from Chittagong University. He obtained an LL.B from Chittagong University. He secured another LL.B with Honours from the University of London and then an LL.M from East London University. He secured his LPC from London Metropolitan University and completed his training contract at JKR Solicitors.
Mr Alam sits both in our Birmingham and London Office. He has obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Aligarh Muslim University. He then obtained an LL.B with Honours from Wolverhampton University followed by a Post Graduate Diploma from University of Wales. He completed the Bar Vocational Course from City University and called as a Barrister from Lincoln’s Inn. He later obtained an LL.M from Queen Mary University of London.
Dr Ashraf Uddin obtained his LL.B with Honours and LL.M from Dhaka University. He also obtained an MA in Journalism from the Dhaka University. He has many years of experience in civil litigation matters.
Mahmuna is a qualified Solicitor and Immigration and Asylum Scheme accredited Senior Caseworker.
